A little about me
You may be wondering why "JD Photos", well it is actually my initials and my brand. My full name is Jacynda Didier, I just go by Cynda.
I come in a small package but I like to think a fierce one. Everyone jokes about me being a fiery little red head, really they're not wrong! Everything I do, I do with passion. I'm definitely a bit of a big dreamer but you know what they say, shoot for the moon and you might just land on the stars.✨ I'm a wear your heart on your sleeve kinda girl and feel every emotion to the fullest 🤍
Farm girl raised, not afraid to get down and dirty and live life for the adventures! I'm not the best planner, I like to just live in the moment and jump at what ever may come my way.

I 'm Cynda behind the face of JD Photos. I'm currently in the Ponoka area but frequently make my way down towards southern Alberta to visit my dear sister and am not afraid to travel for any reason.
My first passion is the western lifestyle. Growing up pretty much on the back of a horse, it literally became my lifestyle and I couldn't imagine life any other way. Without having horses who would I be anyway? I love being behind the scenes and catching the raw moments. Capturing the emotion in action. It's the real moments I look to capture.
My second passion is hunting, growing up mostly living off of wild meat I have grown to appreciate and enjoy the time spent in nature and reconnecting with myself and my surroundings. Looking back on a photo gallery from a trip and being able to relive that moment is priceless for me. After working so hard to get to the finish line, having that feeling of power of not giving up. To have the photos to remind yourself and prove to yourself you can. |
